Authenticity & Condition
All items for sale on swillsneakers.com are 100% Authentic and are in deadstock condition (Brand new never worn). All items will have been verified by a specialist prior to shipping to the customer.
If you change your mind on your purchase you can return your item within 14 days after you have received your item.
The item must be in the same condition as it was when dispatched from the swillsneakers headquarters, any accessories/spare laces must also be included in the return. Your return will first be inspected by our team to ensure the condition is acceptable.
If your return meets or standards you will be refunded the full amount paid for your item only (This does not include shipping costs).
It is up to the customer to fund the delivery cost for the return.
If a different size/item is received by the customer than what was ordered, the customer is then eligible for a free return and will have their item replaced and resent.
All orders placed on swillsneakers.com will be processed within 1-7 Working Days. Before contacting our team for order updates please wait the maximum processing time before submitting a request for an update.
Some items may be purchased through our connected network of resellers which can lead to longer processing times as items are shipped from our resellers to our headquarters for verification,
Once shipped, orders can take anywhere between 1-3 working days to arrive within the UK. All dispatched orders will come with tracking information and will require a signature upon arrival to confirm receipt.
For international orders shipping can take anywhere between 3-10 working days.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
Can I Cancel Or Change my order?
All orders are eligible for cancellation for 2 hours from order placement.
OR if your order is on its way to our facilities before this time period, the order is also not eligible for cancellation
After this time, the order will have began processing and we are then unable to cancel your order from this point onwards
We reserve the right to cancel any orders as we see fit.
Any cancellations will be largely be due to stock issues or a possible fraudulent order. If your order was cancelled and you are not sure of the reason why please contact our support team,
Altering your order
If you would like to make a change to your order please email us at email@example.com. Any alterations of size, and item can be made to your order.
Your order is not eligible for alteration if:
It has already been dispatched from our facility to your shipping address
The item has been ordered through our resellers network and is already on its way to our headquarters for verification.
Your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties.
If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.
Sadly, these charges are out of our hands, and vary in different countries. If you are unsure we suggest contacting your local customs office to avoid any disappointment due to an unexpected charge.
