If you change your mind on your purchase you can return your item within 14 days after you have received your item.
The item must be in the same condition as it was when dispatched from the swillsneakers headquarters, any accessories/spare laces must also be included in the return. Your return will first be inspected by our team to ensure the condition is acceptable.
If your return meets or standards you will be refunded the full amount paid for your item only (This does not include shipping costs).
Alternatively, you can request to swap your item for a different size.
As prices vary in sizes for items on swillsneakers.com if the item you would like to swap for is of a higher value, the difference must be covered by the customer.
It is up to the customer to fund the delivery cost for the return.
If a different size/item is received by the customer than what was ordered, the customer is then eligible for a free return and will have their item replaced and resent.
We are not responsible for the shipping costs for returns
If you have received the wrong item/Size
In the unlikely event you have received a different size/item than you had originally ordered you must send proof of this within 14 days upon receiving your item.
Please then return the item to our headquarters in the same condition that it was received in its original packaging with all accessories. The item will then be inspected and if everything meets our standards we will refund the full amount and all delivery costs
Shipping your return
You are responsible for the shipment of your return, we recommend using standard ups tracked delivery for a return.

- Products that have been purchased on a 'Pre-Order' Basis.
- Products that have been purchased via our 'Personal shopping experience'
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
